This is today's 'new favourite breakfast'. I can't take credit for it. It's a Thermomix thing. You can make it in a blender or food processor though. Simples. •20gm of almonds.
•20gm pitted dates.
•20gm coconut.
•half an apple, chopped roughly. Grr.
Put all these things in a blender or food processor and pulse a few times until it resembles cereal.
This sounds great. I'm always looking for new breakfast ideas. Is it fresh coconut or the dried stuff?
