Take:
One avocado.
6 plump cherry tomatoes.
Quarter of a red capsicum.
One clove of garlic.
Juice of half a lemon.
A few shakes of pepper.
Throw it all in the blender until it's nice and squishy.
Mix in some chopped up spring onions and serve with your favorite type of dipping sticks.
I like carrots. Carrots are my friend.
