Serves: As many as you like.
Time: 10 minutes.
- Extra firm tofu, cut into either fingers or squares. Use as much as you need, depending on how many people you are feeding and how hungry you are.
- About half a cup of flour.
- Enough oil for shallow frying.
- Some paper towel.
Method:
Take out of the fry pan and drain on the paper towel. Pat each side to ensure excess oil is drained.
Use the tofu for a wrap or a salad. Add your favourite veggies and dressing.
Have never tried dipping tofu in flour will give it a go. I must say it does look great especially with some avocado,carrots,shallots as in the picture.
