These little gems will kick any non-believers arse. Seriously. I could only eat a couple- they are just that sweet. And they really don't take much effort. Ever eaten peanut butter and jam on a spoon? That's what this tastes like but it's good for you.
Time: 10 minutes
Makes: 14
Ingredients: •One cup of sultanas.
•Two tablespoons of all natural peanut butter.
•One tablespoon of chopped peanuts.
•One tablespoon of water.
•Two tablespoons of crushed peanuts (just take some of the chopped nuts and hit them with a rolling pin, crush them in a coffee grinder or a mortar and pestle.)
Method: Put all of the ingredients, except for the crushed nuts, in a food processor and blend until the mixture clumps.
Take out of the blender and roll into small balls. Roll these balls in the crushed peanuts and place them in the fridge. They keep well in the freezer, too.
looks yummy! will have to make some!
