Very berry vegan pudding.

Here it is! It's not bad, and could probably even substitute for that crazy vegan yogurt we get from the supermarket. Plus, it's super easy.
Take:
Three cups of soy milk.
One cup of rice flour.
One quarter of a cup of various berries, squished.
Three quarters of a cup of raw caster sugar.
Then:
Mix the rice flour with a small amount of the milk using a fork until it makes a smooth paste.
In a saucepan, add the milk and sugar, and bring it to the boil, stirring the whole time. Lower the heat and add a small amount of the hot milk to the paste and now, add the paste mixture to the hot milk, stirring to make sure it doesn't get lumpy. Bring to the boil again. Add the berries. Lower the heat and simmer for about twenty minutes. Pour into a dish and allow to cool and pop it in the fridge. Allow to set and preferably leave overnight. Eat chilled.
