Tonight, I'm making a guest appearance in artist, Anna Goodhind's kitchen.
Rad! How frickin' cool. I tell you now, this is a perfect recipe for Easter breakfast or anytime of the day and it only takes five minutes from start to finish. Seriously!
I know I've been putting up a lot of recipes for processed food lately but missing out on these kinds of foods are the reasons why many omnivores think going vegan is impossible. Funnily enough, the more we delve into veganism, the further away from processed foods we tend to go as we come to realise how sluggish they leave us.
Every now and again we all like a treat... And hey! It's fun and sugar free.
Never forget how to play.
Time: 5 minutes from start to finish.

It really is that simple.
Happy Easter everyone!
Love it! That would be a great recipe to have on hand if you are away and staying somewhere with just a microwave too.
ReplyDeleteWhat would you do if you didn't have a microwave? Like me.
ReplyDeleteI wonder if you could steam it in a saucepan? I'd probably just bake a cake in the oven. This is more of a recipe for those who are transitioning or desparate for a super quick cake fix. :)
ReplyDeleteWe (the children and I) have made this before and loved it.
ReplyDeleteI'm just waiting for mine to cool down, right now. Squee!
I fancied something a little bit special tonight. So I'm making this for hubby and I.
ReplyDeleteThank you for this little gem of a recipe. :)
