Kluay buad shee or banana in coconut milk.

This is surprisingly Devine. Mum learned to cook this dish on a recent trip to Thailand. She made it for us for dinner tonight and it was just lush. I highly recommend this one!
Six bananas, peeled and quartered.
Two or three cups of coconut milk.
One cup of coconut cream.
2-3 tablespoons of sugar (mum used palm sugar which gave it a real caramel flavour.)
Half a teaspoon of salt.
In a saucepan, bring the coconut milk and the bananas to a boil. Add the cream, the sugar and salt. Bring back up to the boil. Can be served warm or cold.
This, baby-darling-dollface-honey, is my new favorite dish.
